Born and raised right here in Paarl, my passion for beauty and wellness has taken me on an incredible journey across the globe.
It all started at Paarl Girls High, where I learned the value of discipline and striving for excellence. My studies in Aesthetic Health & Skin Care at the Isa Carstens Academy in Stellenbosch laid the foundation for a career that I’ve been fortunate to build with dedication and love.
From there, my dream of exploring the world took me aboard cruise liners like Celebrity Cruises, Century & Galaxy and also on Silver Sea’s Silver Wind, where I had the privilege of pampering clients in luxurious settings. My thirst for knowledge led me to study another 4years, Physiotherapy at the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands, where I balanced academics with hands-on experience at the Sports Science Institute in Cape Town.
I've been honored to work with elite athletes and share my experience globally, whether on board The World cruise ship with Clinic La Prairie or by the poolside, teaching and motivating people to enhance their performance.
With years of experience and a heart full of passion, I’ve returned to my roots to create a space where you can prioritize you.
